This year The Wilfred Owen Association AGM will be held at St Anne’s College, Oxford. In the afternoon there will be a memorial event to commemorate our much-loved Vice President, Dominic Hibberd, who sadly died last year.

Benjamin Britten’s War Requiem interweaves the poetry of Wilfred Owen with the Requiem Mass, creating a work that mourned the dead and pleaded the futility of war. Performed by the BBC Symphony Orchestra, massed choir and soloists, it is one of the twentieth century’s defining works.
