Havering Museum’s new exhibition “Art and War: The Artists Rifles and Romford, 1915 to 1918” explores the history of this unique Corp and will introduce you to some of the artists who trained here, including Wilfred Owen.
Turner Prize nominee Simon Patterson has been commissioned to convert the Forester's House, where Owen wrote his last letter, into a permanent sculptured memorial to Owen.
